Minimum 2 (two) years experience in related fields.~nl~2. Have outstanding communication, mediation and reporting skills, especially~nl~when dealing with client in building relationship~nl~3. Able to identify business requirement specification (BRS, or "the whats")~nl~which defines what the business wants, mostly ability statements without any~nl~reference to systems or functions or design as it irrelevant to the requirement.~nl~4. Able to do audit and identify functional requirement specification (FRS, or~nl~"the how") which describes what the system, process or products/service must do~nl~in order to fulfill the business requirement~nl~5. Able to identify report requirements.~nl~6. Able to prepare traceability matrix, which is a cross matrix that traces the~nl~original requirement back.~nl~7. Fluent English - both oral & written.~nl~8. Computer literate (MsOffice & Primavera).~nl~9. Willing to work extended hours to meet project requirements.~nl~10. Team player & good communication skills.~nl~11. Hard worker, honest, patient, ability to priorities work~nl~12. Able to work under required time and pressure.~nl~~nl~Role responsibilities:~nl~~nl~1. Responsible for identifying business needs of clients and stakholders to help~nl~identifying business problems.~nl~2. Able to understand the requirements from the business perspective and~nl~translate them into ability statements, smaller sub requirements, functions or~nl~tasks.~nl~3. Able to give the most reasonable recommendations among proposed alternatives.~nl~4.
